ALLIE

Allie’s greatest joy in life is being a mom. She cherishes everyday with her daughter.

Having spent 4 years in active duty and 4 years in the Army reserves, Allie has had experiences beyond measure! She’s lived throughout the United States and in South Korea. Allie has a background in business and is a talented artist and writer.

She and her husband, Will, are raising their family in Phoenix.

VALERIE

My kids and grandchildren are my “whys” - they lead my heart and drive my creativity. In addition to being a mom and G-Ma, I have owned/operated a promotional marketing agency since 2018 (www.tripleapromotions.com).

I have a background in education having taught elementary school as well higher ed. I earned a PhD in Organizational Psychology and my doctoral work focused on Emotional Intelligence. I’ve worked in training & development where I positively impacted the lives of young adults, couples, business owners and executives throughout the United States.

Tailwinds in an extension of my multi-disciplinary background where I get to combine my passion for family, teaching/training/coaching, creativity, and fun (with my daughter & granddaughter!!) in sunny Phoenix.

GRACIE

I’m the lead product tester and one of the inspirations for Tailwinds, along with my cousins, Indie, Crew, Josie & Lewis.

OLIVER

I’m often mistaken for a doodle but I’m a Barbet (from South Carolina). I became Valerie’s side-kick during her 1.5 year SC adventure. I like making people smile. I, along with Gracie, keep Allie & Valerie on their toes as they create new concepts for Tailwinds.
